Return Policy
Our goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase. If merchandise needs to be returned, please contact for a Return Authorization Number (RA Number). Merchandise cannot be returned without prior approval.

Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of original receipt of goods. All returns must be in saleable condition.

If the merchandise being returned is a result of customer error, there may be a restocking fee of 15% 20%. Also, the customer will be responsible for any shipping charges to return the item(s).

Custom rope lengths, rope assemblies and custom lengths of cable, wire rope, and chain are not returnable.

Notice of Defect or Damage

Buyer is responsible to inspect all products upon receipt of order. Claims for damages, shortages or defects must be made within 30 days of original receipt of goods. All claims not made in writing within 30 days of original receipt of goods, shall be deemed waived.

We will not pay any claim for labor, delays, or damage by reason of their use. No products shall be returned without prior consent and Return Authorization Number (RA Number).
